We look forward to gathering for the 2025 Delegates Meeting to engage in meaningful discussions and fellowship. You can now register for the conference and book your hotel accommodations. We encourage you to secure both as early as possible to ensure availability and streamline your planning.

Please read through the entire page carefully before registering to ensure you select the registration option that best matches your participation in the event. Registration is per person and based on the role you serve and whether you are U.S.-based or non-U.S.-based.

Please note: If someone is accompanying you at the event that does not serve in any capacity for the meeting, they should be registered as an Observer.

  • All meetings will take place at the Broward Church building. Shuttle services are included for all registrants and will be offered from the hotel to the church building and back to the hotel daily. As the event approaches, there will be more details around the shuttle schedule.

  • Childcare services will not be provided for any of the meeting dates.

  • Transportation to and from the airport will not be provided.

  • Closest Airports:

    • Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) – approximately 15–20 minutes from the hotel

    • Miami International Airport (MIA) – approximately 50 minutes from the hotel
